For best results cut vegetables or fish into even bite-sized pieces.
All you need to do is add water to the mix to create a smooth batter.
Dip and coat your veg or fish in the batter, and deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour.
Heart health hint:
1.Use a high smoking point oil when deep frying eg Sunflower.
2. Adding half a tablespoon of white wine vinegar for every half a cup of water when making the batter will decrease the food absorbing oil when deep frying.
