It's like having your own personal chef
​
In the comfort of your own home you can have fun with family and friends, with a one on one experience. Classes for an interactive 3 course hands- on meal are from $120 per person, with a minimum of 4 people per class. You may choose from one of the following menus or be inspired to tailor-make a menu to suit your own personal taste.

Menu 1 - Vegetable anyone
​
Entrée - Chickpea, spinach and kale 'bhajia' snack bites with fresh and zesty coriander and mint sauce
Main - Barlotti Beans curry with cubes of potato, and fluffy, light parboiled long grain rice or roti(Indian flatbread)
Dessert - Semolina and almond slice enjoyed with mint tea

Menu 2 - Seafood celebration SAFFA style
​
Entrée - mini fish cakes with sweet chilli sauce
Main - Spicy prawn tails with sautéed onion and mixed veg fried rice
Dessert - Cinnamon and roasted almond creamy sweet rice (rice pudding)

Menu 3 - Lamb feast with spice and herbs
​
Entrée - mini organic grass fed lamb meatballs with mint and coriander sauce
Main - grass fed lamb curry with new potatoes and fluffy, light parboiled long grain rice
Dessert - Semolina and almond slice enjoyed with mint tea

Menu 4 - Chicken and spice- a whole new take on boring chicken breast
​
Entrée - classic braised split pea soup
Main - chicken curry with baby peas and potato cubes and fluffy, light parboiled long grain steamed rice
Dessert - Cinnamon and roasted almond creamy sweet rice (rice pudding)

Spice Novice- Spice is nice
​
A fun and easy introduction to spices. In this 1.5 hr lesson you learn about the different spices, their health benefits, which spice combinations work together, and some of our special spice secrets. Contact us for prices.

Intermediate entertainer
​
Now that you are familiar with the basics in using spices in your meals, the intermediate class is the next step in honing these skills. This class will guide you in using a number of simple steps to create more complex meals. A great example of this is biryani, a typical celebration one pot wonder which is full of flavour, taste and spice, yet ticks all the right boxes for your good health. Top of the class

If advanced cooking skills in Indian sweet and savoury cooking is what you are after, then this class is for you. Be warned, though some of these delicious dishes will definitely take you on a new road to decadence. Call us to arrange a class and menu tailor made for YOU.

A 1.5 hour lesson learning how to create a few simple healthy accompaniments to add zing and zest to any meal. Amaze yourself, your family and your guests.
